Your logo on promotional products

Artwork requirements can vary significantly depending on the product on which it is being
placed, the number of colors and the branding process (print, embroider, etc.), but here are
some general guidelines that will apply for most orders...

Quality: For most printing, artwork should be in VECTOR format. This allows resizing
without losing detail. Artwork must be camera-ready. This means clean edges on logos and
text and all types converted to "outlines".
For one color printing, black images on white background should be submitted.
Please call before submitting!

Format: Most artwork is best in one of two formats. The best file types are .eps or .ai formats.
Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files are sometime acceptable if the file is large enough
and the print area is small. Generally, .jpg files do not work well for printing.

Sending us your artwork: Emailing to servicepromos@charter.net is generally the best way to
send artwork. It's fast and will generally send accurate, clean images. Now, having said that,
sometimes email will exchange a font from the one you actually have in your artwork.
So we can check this, please FAX us a copy after you email it. It's just a safeguard
and it doesn't have to be a "clean" copy! Our FAX number is 541-582-9784.

Finally: Please call us prior to emailing artwork. There may be specific information we need to
know, such what size the logo is and where you'd like it placed, etc.
